The fundamental objective is to create a basis for competition, from the coffee to the cup.
Coffee and Water: this section will focus on students being able to identify the potential of each coffee to face a recipe. This will be done through sensory games. Water, as a fundamental part of coffee, will also have its place.
Extraction and Routine: as we get into the elaboration process I will share different ways to elaborate a recipe and routine, I will put different scenarios for the students to test their skills.
We will have different Sibarist filter papers on hand.
All this in order to learn and have a great time among friends.
