The main goal is to lay the groundwork for competition, from the coffee bean to the cup.
Coffee and Water: This section will focus on helping students identify the potential of each coffee variety when developing a recipe. This will be done through sensory games. Water, as an essential component of coffee, will also be covered.
Development and Routine: As we delve into the development process, I will share different approaches to creating a recipe and routine, and I will present various scenarios so that students can put their skills to the test.
We will have a variety of Sibarist brand filter papers available.
All of this is so we can learn and have a great time with friends.
