When you place an order through the website, we will retain your order information in our records unless you ask us to delete such information. However, we are legally obligated to retain our order records for at least 7 years.

TERMS OF SUBSCRIPTION SIMONA SELECTION

HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

Simona Selection is a monthly specialty coffee subscription-easy and flexible. Each month, our baristas hand-select spectacular coffees from our favorite roasters in Europe, in addition to our own Simona selections. Always in season, freshly roasted and with free shipping in Spain.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR EXPERIENCE

Do you know what you like? Tell us your preferences through the pre-purchase form. Do you prefer to be surprised? We'll choose for you. You can update your preferences whenever you want using the post-purchase form.

WHEN IS THE COFFEE SHIPPED?

All orders placed before Wednesday at 23:59 will be shipped the following Thursday. Orders placed after that time will be shipped on Thursday of the following week.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Your subscription automatically renews each month on the same date you signed up. For example, if you subscribe on April 1, your next renewal will be May 1. If you do not cancel before that date, you will be charged and your next order will be shipped.

HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE?

You can cancel at any time from your account: simonacoffeeclub.com/myaccount.
Go to "Subscriptions", select your active subscription and click "Cancel".

Important: If the payment has already been processed and the order has been shipped, no refunds will be made. Each payment corresponds to a monthly order.

WHERE IS THE SUBSCRIPTION AVAILABLE?
