¿CÓMO FUNCIONA LA SUSCRIPCIÓN?

Simona Selection es una suscripción mensual de café de especialidad—fácil y flexible. Cada mes, nuestros baristas seleccionan a mano cafés espectaculares de nuestros tostadores favoritos en Europa, además de nuestras propias selecciones Simona. Siempre de temporada, recién tostados y con envío gratis en España.

PERSONALIZA TU EXPERIENCIA

¿Tienes claro lo que te gusta? Cuéntanos tus preferencias a través del formulario de pre-compra. ¿Prefieres dejarte sorprender? Nosotros elegimos por ti. Puedes actualizar tus preferencias cuando quieras mediante el formulario de post-compra.

¿CUÁNDO SE ENVÍA EL CAFÉ?

Todos los pedidos realizados antes del miércoles a las 23:59 se envían el jueves siguiente. Los pedidos realizados después de esa hora se enviarán el jueves de la semana siguiente.

RENOVACIÓN AUTOMÁTICA

Tu suscripción se renueva automáticamente cada mes en la misma fecha en la que te diste de alta. Por ejemplo, si te suscribes el 1 de abril, tu siguiente renovación será el 1 de mayo. Si no cancelas antes de esa fecha, se realizará el cobro y se enviará tu próximo pedido.

¿CÓMO CANCELAR LA SUSCRIPCIÓN?

Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento desde tu cuenta: simonacoffeeclub.com/mi-cuenta
Ve a “Suscripciones”, selecciona tu suscripción activa y haz clic en “Cancelar”.

Importante: Si el pago ya ha sido procesado y el pedido ha sido enviado, no se realizarán reembolsos. Cada pago corresponde a un pedido mensual.
