Returns and refunds


Packages usually arrive within 1 to 8 days from the date we receive payment for the order.

If the order is not delivered within 30 days from the date Simona Coffee Club received the payment, the consumer has the right to cancel the order. Then Simona Coffee Club is obliged to refund the payment within 30 days.

IMPORTANT - if a package is returned because the buyer did not claim the package, Simona Coffee Club does not send replacements.

Simona Coffee Club is not responsible for any measurements taken by customs on your package during delivery. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and Simona Coffee Club has no way of knowing what they may be.


Shipping prices will increase depending on the weight of the package when multiple items are ordered.


If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 14 days from the date of receipt. Products must be returned unused, unwashed and undamaged.

The recycled envelope has a second adhesive strip so you can easily reuse it for your return.

You can send your returns through your local courier company.

Items discounted or purchased during a sale cannot be returned or refunded.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

When a product has a manufacturing defect or if we have shipped the wrong color or size or any other fault on our part, we will bear the shipping costs in the form of a refund.

In all other cases, the cost of transporting the returned items shall be borne by the consumer. If applicable, a refund or credit to your account will be made within 15 working days. In case of exchange and if the desired product is not available, you will receive a credit note to be redeemed within 3 months.


Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within 10 days.
