SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Packages usually arrive within 1 to 8 days from the date we receive payment for the order.
If the order is not delivered within 30 days of the date Simona Coffee Club received payment, the consumer has the right to cancel the order. Simona Coffee Club is then required to refund the payment within 30 days.
IMPORTANT – If a package is returned because the buyer did not claim it, Simona Coffee Club does not send replacements.
Simona Coffee Club is not responsible for any customs actions taken regarding your package during delivery. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees that may apply to their package. Customs determines these charges, and Simona Coffee Club has no way of knowing what they might be.
PRICES
Shipping costs will increase based on the package's weight when multiple items are ordered.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

The recycled envelope has a second adhesive strip so you can easily reuse it for your return.
You can send your returns through your local shipping carrier.
Items that are discounted or purchased during a sale cannot be returned or refunded.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
If a product has a manufacturing defect, or if we have sent the wrong color or size, or if there is any other error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs by issuing a refund.
In all other cases, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. If applicable, a refund or store credit will be issued to your account within 15 business days. In the case of an exchange, if the desired product is not available, you will receive a store credit that must be redeemed within 3 months.
RETURNS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 days.

CHANGES
