Together with WACO Coffee Roasters, we set ourselves the task of finding a coffee that complies with total respect in the value chain, from the producer, the land, the process, the transportation, the roasting and finally the extraction.
Thus was born the OMNI 106, a batch that we tasted blind and from the first contact with water, we knew it would be the one. It happens to be one of Waco co-founder Victor's favorite varieties, a Pink Bourbon.
We find a lot of peace and tranquility with this coffee and we try to transmit that it is possible to make things from the earth to your cup, it is nice to meet the people behind it and be part of this beautiful process.
