After months of working closely with Giraffe Coffee Roasters, we present our newest member of the Chikon Mexicano family - a single origin coffee with deep roots in the Sierra de Flores Magón, Oaxaca. This lot is the result of the efforts of Mazatec communities that, through ancestral methods and sustainable polycultures, have cultivated an exceptional coffee with a positive impact on their land and their people.
