Under the guidance of Alexis Forzan, co-founder of Simona, professional barista SCA and no less than the organizer of the Aeropress Euskadi 2025 Regional, you will discover the magic of this versatile and fascinating method.
In just 2 intensive, hands-on hours, you will learn:
- The essential fundamentals: safe set-up, key methods (standard and inverted), and clean-up.
- Variables: How to understand and control critical variables (time, temperature, grind, agitation) to get the best out of each coffee.
- Theory-practice: Guided demonstration to achieve balanced and delicious extractions, avoiding common mistakes.
- The jump to competition (if you want to!): Insights on what judges look for, how to tweak recipes to highlight attributes, and the mindset to enjoy the challenge.
