Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, that's why we offer the possibility to cancel your reservation at least 7 days prior to the event date.

📌 Cancellations through May 10: Your reservation will be refunded.
📌 Cancellations on or after May 12: A 40% refund will be issued.
📌 Cancellations after May 14: No refund will be issued.

This policy allows us to guarantee the best experience for all attendees and to cover the costs of event production.
